摘  要:针对爆炸场温度变化快,现场测试环境恶劣等问题,研发了一种体积小、线性度高的瞬态温度采集记录仪。设计集成冷端补偿、温度与电压线性化的K型热电偶适配处理电路,配合单片可编程逻辑器件实现了8通道记录仪的小型化。采用AUTODYN软件对含铝炸药近地二次爆炸温度进行了数值模拟研究,对比分析了数值模拟得到的温度数据与实验测得的温度数据,结果表明在距爆心14.5 m和15 m处前反应阶段峰值温度测量误差的绝对值在5%以内,后反应阶段峰值温度测量误差的绝对值在20%以内,验证了该测试系统的可行性,实现了爆炸场瞬态温度的准确测量。In order to solve the problems of rapid temperature change in explosion field and harsh test environment,a transient temperature acquisition recorder with small size and high linearity is developed.A K-type thermocouple adaptation processing circuit integrating cold junction compensation,temperature and voltage linearization,and a single-chip programmable logic device to realize the miniaturization of the 8-channel recorder are designed.Use AUTODYN software to carry out a numerical simulation study on the secondary explosion temperature of aluminum-containing explosives.The temperature data obtained by the numerical simulation and the temperature data measured by the experiment are compared and analyzed.The results show that the peak of the reaction stage is 14.5 m and 15 m from the explosion center.The absolute value of the temperature measurement error is within 5%,and the absolute value of the peak temperature measurement error in the post-reaction stage is within 20%,which verifies the feasibility of the test system and realizes the accurate measurement of the transient temperature of the explosion field.
