摘  要:废弃SCR催化剂是燃煤电厂脱硝环节中产生的固体废弃物,其中含有Ti、V、W等贵金属。对废弃SCR催化剂的回收利用不仅能够减少固体废弃物对环境的污染,还能够产生经济效益。为了实现废弃SCR催化剂中Ti O2的高效回收利用,本实验采用浓硫酸溶液与废弃SCR催化剂碱浸后的钛渣进行酸浸反应,探究硫酸浓度、液固比、酸解温度对钛渣酸解率的影响。实验结果表明:在硫酸浓度为85%、液固比为2.0︰1、酸解温度为90℃的条件下得到最佳的酸解效果,且增加搅拌步骤后钛渣的酸解率可达87.45%。Waste SCR catalyst is a solid waste generated in the denitrification link of coal-fired power plants, which contains precious metals such as Ti, V, W.Recycling of waste SCR catalyst can not only reduce environmental pollution of solid waste, but also generate economic benefits. To achieve the efficient recycling of TiO2 in the waste SCR catalyst, this experiment uses concentrated sulfuric acid solution with titanium slag soaked by waste SCR catalyst for acid immersion reaction. The influence of sulfuric acid concentration, liquid-solid ratio and acidolysis temperature on the acidolysis rate were investigated. The best acidolysis effect is obtained with 85 % sulfuric acid concentration, liquid-solid ratio of 2.0:1 and acidolysis temperature of 90 ℃, also the acidolysis rate of titanium slag can reach 87.45 % after adding the stirring procedure.
