摘  要:过敏性猝死在法医学实践中常有发生,然而在过敏性猝死的鉴定中缺少一定的法医病理学指征,使过敏性猝死的鉴定面临一定困难。血液激肽-1(hemokinin-1,HK-1)作为一种最新的速激肽,主要通过与NK1R结合在神经体液调节及过敏性猝死中有着独特的病理生理功能。本文从HK-1及其受体NK1R的生物学效应和在过敏性猝死中的作用机制等方面对HK-1及其受体NK1R在过敏性猝死的研究进展进行综述,为过敏性猝死的法医学及临床实践的后续研究提供借鉴。Sudden allergic death often occurs in the practice of forensic medicine, but the lack of certain forensic pathological indications in the identification of sudden allergic death makes the identification of sudden allergic death face certain difficulties. Hemokinin-1(HK-1), as a newest tachykinin, has unique pathophysiological functions in neurohumoral regulation and sudden allergic death by combining with NK1 R. This article reviews the research progress of HK-1 and its receptor NK1 R in sudden allergic death from the biological effects of HK-1 and its receptor NK1 R and the mechanism of action in sudden allergic death. It is the forensic medicine of sudden allergic death. And provide reference for follow-up research in clinical practice.
