摘 要:本文介绍了铁路典型固废的特性、主要类型及产生环节;结合国内外典型危险废物处理工艺,通过现场适用试验提出了铁路典型危险废物废油棉丝减量化和无害化处置关键技术。针对铁路生产运营过程中废油棉丝典型危险废物类别,具有含水率高、含油量大、含污染物浓度高等特征而导致收集贮存运输困难、外委处置费用高,提出了废油棉丝的热清洗技术使废油污泥脱离棉丝而实现再利用的无害化关键技术,为铁路危险废物的减量化、无害化处置关键技术的选择,提供了重要参考。废油棉丝低温热法清洗再利用技术,实现了废油棉丝的再利用,减少危险废物的同时,节约新购棉丝,经济、环境和社会效益突出。This paper introduces the characteristics, main types and production links of typical railway solid wastes;Combined with the typical hazardous waste treatment processes in China and foreign countries, the key technology of reducing and harmless disposal of railway waste oil cotton yarn as typical hazardous waste was put forward through field application test. In view of the typical hazardous waste category of waste oil cotton yarn in the process of railway production and operation, which has the characteristics of high moisture content, large oil content and high concentration of pollutants, which leads to difficulties in collection,storage and transportation, and high cost of outsourcing disposal, the hot cleaning technology of waste oil cotton yarn is proposed. The key technology of harmless reuse of waste oil sludge separated from cotton silk provides an important reference for the selection of key technologies for reduction and harmless disposal of railway hazardous waste. The technology of low temperature thermal cleaning and reusing of waste oil cotton silk realizes the reuse of waste oil cotton silk, reduces hazardous waste and saves new cotton yarn, which has outstanding economic, environmental and social benefits.
