总磷总氮水质在线分析仪不确定度评定

摘　　要：文章以TP型总磷水质在线分析仪和TN型总氮水质在线分析仪为例,对影响测量结果不确定度的各个分量进行了分析,并依据JJG 1094-2013《总磷总氮水质在线分析仪》的要求对仪器示值误差检定或校准结果的不确定度和计量标准的不确定度进行了评定,并对检定或校准结果进行了验证,以期为总磷和总氮减排、环境执法和建立计量标准等提供计量数据支撑。Taking the TP total Phosphorus and TN total Nitrogen water quality on-line analyzer produced as an example, this paper analyze the each components that affect the uncertainty of measurement results, and according to the requirements of JJG 1094-2013 “water quality on-line analyzers of total phosphorus and total nitrogen”, the uncertainty of instrument indication error verification or calibration result and the uncertainty of measurement standard are evaluated, and the verification or calibration results were verified, so as to provide measurement data supporttotal for total nitrogen emissions, environmental law enforcement, establishment of measurement standards and so on.
