典型运输与通用航空机场管制工作组织与实施的对比研究

摘　　要：本文以泉州晋江机场和南苑机场两个典型运输航空机场,定陵机场和仙桃机场两个典型通用航空机场为研究对象,对比分析了典型运输航空机场与通用航空机场的管制工作组织与实施的差异,如管制队伍规模与管理、管制岗工作内容与职责、管制服务流程等。结果表明通用航空机场管制岗与运输航空机场管制岗存在较大差异,通用航空机场管制岗位应该更加贴合通用航空机场的任务特征实施优化与技术更新。Two typical transport airports(Quanzhou Jinjiang Airport and Beijing Nanyuan Airport)and two general aviation aerodromes(Beijing Dingling Airport and Hubei Xiantao Airport)are focused on in this study.The difference in air traffic control service between them is discussed.The results show that significant difference exists in the number of controllers and their team cooperation,the duty and the working processes of air traffic control service.A few suggestions including optimizing the work process and tracking the frontier technology are provided for general aviation aerodromes.
