摘　　要：EPC模式是当前政府投资项目中普遍采用的建设模式,比传统建设模式节约时间,提高管理效率,但实践中EPC模式对总成本较难掌控。文中提出在可行性研究、招标、设计、施工、结算等环节抓住关键点,严格控制投入,结合安居房工程项目实例,证明了EPC全过程造价控制的优势,实现工程项目经济性和时效性的统一。EPC mode is a construction mode widely used in current government investment projects,which saves time and improves management efficiency compared with the traditional construction mode,but in practice,EPC mode is difficult to control the total cost.This paper proposes to strictly control input at key points in feasibility study,bidding,design,construction,settlement and other links.Combined with the example of residential project,it proves the advantage of EPC cost control in the whole process,and achieves the unification of economy and timeliness of engineering projects.
