摘　　要：对太钢6号高炉配用碱性球团矿及高比例球团矿冶炼试验进行了总结。试验结果表明:在保证原燃料质量的前提下,通过高炉操作制度调整,配用碱性球团矿和球团矿总比例可以分别达到20%和40%,高炉技术经济指标维持在较高水平;将球团矿比例提高至43%(配用碱性球团矿比例27%左右)后,炉况逐渐出现风压波动大、崩料增加等现象,高炉顺行难以维持。It is summarized in the paper the test smelting of Taiyuan Steel No.6 BF with basic pellets and high rate of pellets.The test smelting result proves that max.20% of basic pellets can be used,the rate of total pellets can be as high as 40%,and the BF techno-economic indicators still can keep at a good level under the premise of good quality of raw materials and fuels,and appropriate adjustment of the BF operating system;but as the pellet rate increases up to 43%(including 27% of basic pellets approx.),the furnace suffers great blast pressure fluctuation and more frequent slipping,making the furnace difficult to run smoothly.
