摘　　要：基于炉腹煤气量及炉腹煤气量指数的计算,结合当前原燃料条件,探讨了首钢股份3号高炉合理的入炉风量及合理的煤比。通过统计近2年来3号高炉的炉腹煤气量及炉腹煤气量指数,试图解析利用系数与炉腹煤气量指数的关系、焦比与煤比的关系。结果表明,利用系数随着炉腹煤气量指数的提高而提高,但炉腹煤气量指数的提高到一定程度后,利用系数提高的幅度变得平缓,因此,不能一味地通过提高炉腹煤气量指数来提高产量。It is discussed in the paper the reasonable blast volume and coal rate of No.3 BF adopted in Shougang Co.,Ltd.by calculating the gas volume and the gas volume index of the hearth based on the current raw and fuel conditions.A statistics is made on the gas volume and gas volume indexes of the furnace in the past two years to analyze the relationship between the gas utilization coefficient and the gas volume index,and the relationship between the coke rate and the coal rate.The results show that the gas utilization coefficient increases with the increase of the gas volume index of the bosh,but after the latter increases to a certain level,the increasing rate of the former becomes slow,that is to say,it is impossible to increase the production output by keeping on increasing of gas volume index.
