摘  要:对武钢7号高炉炉腰及其上下部位冷却壁损坏状况进行了调查分析。结果表明:①炉腰渣皮脱落频率要高于炉腹和炉身下部壁体,损坏的主要形式是渣皮脱落后炉料和气流对裸漏部位的磨损和熔蚀;②炉役前期、中期异常炉况对炉腰渣皮形成的高强应力易集中于壁体中部,造成中部向炉内凸起,凸起部位的渣皮因厚度和传热不均匀易脱落,导致壁体中部的磨损和熔蚀加快;③炉役中后期,炉腰铜冷却壁壁体对渣皮的附着力下降,渣皮主要依靠炉腹和炉身中下部渣皮的连接保持稳定。The damage of WISCO No.7 BF cooling stave on the belly and the parts around has been investigated and analyzed,and it is found that:(1)the slag skull peeling from the furnace belly is more severe than that from the bosh and lower part of furnace stack,and the stave damage is mainly represented by wearing and corrosion effect of furnace charge and gas flow on the exposed part of cooling stave;(2)the high stress on the slag skull at belly concentrates in the middle of the cooling stave during earlier and middle stage of furnace campaign due to abnormal furnace conditions,which forces the middle part of cooling stave to bulge.The slag skull at bulged portion is easy to peel off because of uneven thickness and heat transfer,which speed up wearing and corrosion of the middle of the stack;(3)in the middle and later stage of furnace campaign,the belly stave brings less adhesion to the slag skull,and the slag skull keeps stable mainly through the slag skull connection between the bosh and middle and lower part of furnace stack.
