摘  要:当前新一代信息技术与制造业的深度融合,正驱动着传统制造业的数字化、智能化转型发展及业务模式的深刻变革.航空装备研制过程具有跨时空域、跨产业链、跨多主体高效协同的典型特征,是一项复杂的系统工程,构建面向航空复杂装备协同制造的工业互联网平台,既是满足当前航空复杂装备高效研制的必要手段,也是以新模式驱动航空制造数字化转型的重要举措.本文主要从航空装备研制数字化转型过程中对工业互联网发展的迫切需求与发展机遇出发,研究面向航空装备协同制造的工业互联网架构体系,并对其涉及的关键技术及应用场景进行了初步探讨,以期对航空制造工业互联网的建设发展提供参考与借鉴.Currently,the deep fusion of new-generation information technology and the manufacturing industry is driving the digital and intelligent transformation of the traditional manufacturing industry and the profound change of business model.Aviation equipment development is a complex system engineering process,with typical characteristics of cross time as well as space domain,crossindustry chains,and cross multiple manufacturing entities.The construction of an industrial internet platform for collaborative manufacturing of aviation complex equipment is a necessary means of achieving high-efficiency manufacturing of aviation complex equipment,and an important step toward driving the digital transformation of aviation manufacturing via a new mode of production.Because of the urgent requirements and opportunities of industrial internet in the digital transformation process of aviation manufacturing,this study investigated the industrial internet architecture of aviation equipment digital manufacturing and explored the key technologies and application scenarios to provide a reference for the construction and development of aviation manufacturing through an industrial internet architecture.
