摘　　要：该设计任务很明确,但也很有野心:学生公寓综合体共有房间916间,使用面积为32000m^(2),仅在900天的施工时间后就可以投入使用。该项目旨在为参加2020年1月在国际奥委会(IOC)故乡(国际奥委会的总部位于瑞士洛桑)举办的青年奥林匹克运动会的1800名运动员提供住宿,因此不能推迟完工日期。在BIM方法的帮助下,负责该项目的IttenBrechbuhl建筑师团队以及总承包商Losinger Marazzi公司不仅按期交付项目,还将建造总成本控制在了预算之内。此外,该技术还在不影响建筑质量的情况下实现了建筑师让·皮埃尔·杜立希的设计。The task was clear but very ambitious:The 916 rooms of the student housing complex covering 32,000 m^(2) of usable area were supposed to be ready for occupation after only 900 days of construction time.Delaying the completion date was not possible since the housing complex was intended to serve as accommodation for 1800 athletes of the Youth Olympic Games that took place in the hometown of the IOC in January 2020.The BIM method helped IttenBrechbuhl,the architects in charge and Losinger Marazzi,the general contractor,maintain deadlines and the budget and realise the design by architect Jean-Pierre Durig without loss of quality.
