摘 要:目的探讨迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)联合SOAP应用于儿科留学生夜查房的教学效果及满意度调查。方法选取2018年7月至2019年7月在西安交通大学第一附属医院儿科实习的2013级临床医学学士(MBBS)留学生90名。儿科实习共3周,每周进行2次夜查房,期间分别进行1次Mini-CEX考核和SOAP病例汇报,第3周进行1次满意度调查。结果Mini-CEX测评考核分数显示,3周间差异存在统计学意义(H=47.43,P<0.05),两两比较显示,实习第2周和第3周时Mini-CEX总得分分别为35.5分(35.5~36.0分)、41.5分(41.0~42.0分),明显高于实习第1周的28.0分(27.0~29.0分),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SOAP病例汇报各项得分显示,3周间差异存在统计学意义(H=47.30,P<0.05),两两比较显示,实习第2周和第3周时SOAP总得分分别为46.0分(45.5~47.3分)、56.0分(54.9~57.0分),明显高于实习第1周的39.8分(39.0~40.6分),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。第3周满意度调查显示90%以上的留学生认为教师水平及态度、实践机会、1周2次夜查房合理性及评价方法合理性非常好,教学方法、教学效果、适应程度、自我满意程度等有80%以上的留学生认为非常好。结论Mini-CEX联合SOAP能提高留学生夜查房的教学效果,对儿科留学生实践教学起到积极促进作用。Objective To investigate the teaching effect and satisfaction of mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)combined with SOAP in night ward rounds for overseas students in pediatrics.Methods A total of 90 overseas students of the Grade 2013 bachelor of medicine/bachelor of surgery(MBBS)in the pediatrics practice of the first affiliated hospital of Xi′an Jiaotong University from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected.The pediatrics practice lasted for 3 weeks,the night rounds were conducted twice a week,during which one Mini-CEX examination and SOAP case report were conducted,respectively,and one satisfaction survey was conducted in the third week.Results The Mini-CEX evaluation scores showed that the difference between 3 weeks was statistically significant(H=47.43,P<0.05).Pairwise comparison showed that the total scores of Mini-CEX in the second and third weeks of the internship were 35.5(35.5-36.0)points and 41.5(41.0-42.0)points,respectively,which were significantly higher than 28.0(27.0-29.0)points in the first week of internship,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the SOAP case report showed that the difference between 3 weeks was statistically significant(H=47.30,P<0.05).Pairwise comparison showed that the total SOAP scores in the second and third weeks of the internship were 46.0(45.5-47.3)points and 56.0(54.9-57.0)points,respectively,which were significantly higher than 39.8(39.0-40.6)points in the first week of internship,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The third week satisfaction questionnaire showed that more than 90%of overseas students thought the teachers′level and attitude,practice opportunities,the rationality of twice night rounds a week and the rationality of evaluation methods were very good,and more than 80%of them thought the teaching methods,teaching effects,adaptability and self-satisfaction were very good.Conclusion Mini-CEX combined with SOAP can improve the teaching effect of night ward rounds for overseas students and play a posi
