高等院校师资队伍大数据管理的问题及对策

摘　　要：大数据技术的迅猛发展为高等院校师资队伍大数据管理提供了更多的管理方法和渠道,但是大数据管理现状却是挑战重重,其中,高等院校师资队伍大数据管理过程的信息化非智能化、流程化非闭环化、区域化非联动化等矛盾突出,立足大数据管理自身特点,结合高等院校师资队伍数据管理现状,探索更具实践性的高等院校师资队伍大数据管理方法可以有效提高管理效率。The rapid development of big data technology has provided more management methods and channels for the big data management of the faculty of colleges and universities.However,the data management of the faculty has been faced with many kinds of challenges.Among these challenges,there exist some prominent contradictions such as informationization but non-intelligence,streamline but not closed-loop,regionalization but non-linkage.Therefore,in this article it is argued that based on the characteristics of big data management and combined with the status quo of data management of the faculty of colleges and universities,organically combining the two to explore more practical big data management methods for the faculty of colleges and universities can effectively improve the management efficiency.
