摘  要:推进高质量绿色发展,碳减排治理需要综合考量碳排放效率。运用Undesired-super efficiency SBM模型与Malmquist指数模型对2010-2019年浙江省11个地级市的碳排放效率进行测算,在此基础上,运用固定效应分析影响该省碳排放效率的因素。结果表明:(1)浙江省碳排放效率受规模效率制约,空间上具有分异性且固化效应明显。(2)浙江碳排放冗余量大、减排潜力高,可减排规模、相对减排潜力与碳排放纯技术效率呈反向变化。(3)浙江省碳排放效率与经济发展水平、对外开放程度呈正相关关系,与要素禀赋、能源结构、产业结构和技术水平呈负相关关系,产业结构对碳排放效率影响最大。Carbon emission efficiency was conductive to promote high-quality development and carbon dioxide emission reduction. This paper used the Undesired-super efficiency SBM-DEA model and Malmquist index to measure the carbon emission efficiency of 11 cities in Zhejiang Province from 2010 to 2019,and used the fixed effects model to explore the influence factors of carbon emission efficiency. The results showed that:(1)The level of carbon emission scale restricted the carbon emission efficiency in Zhejiang Province which was spatial different and solidifying .(2)There was a great deal of carbon dioxide emission redundancy in Zhejiang Province,which had high potentiality in carbon dioxide emission reduction. The carbon emission efficiency negatively related to the scale of carbon dioxide emission reduction and the relative potential carbon dioxide emission reduction.(3)The carbon emission efficiency in Zhejiang Province positively related to the level of economic development and openness,and negatively related to factors endowment,energy structure,industrial structure and technical level,which industrial structure had the greatest impact on carbon emission efficiency.
