摘 要:为了解决食品加工机械设备的自动移料机凸轮廓线设计难题,提出了一种基于视觉化编程语言(visual basic,VB)和工程仿真软件(working model,WM)的可视化界面凸轮廓线参数化设计分析方法。在分析自动移料机执行机构工作路径的基础上,优化等速运动规律方程,设计了凸轮廓线可视化界面软件工程。通过可视化界面软件工程实时调试凸轮初始参数,结合从动件运动特性仿真分析结果,验证凸轮廓线合理性,修正凸轮机构优化设计。整个设计分析流程时间约为20 s,软件工程功能完善,推广度较高,可为自动化装备的研发提供参考,具有较大的实际意义和经济效益。In order to solve the problem of cam profile design of automatic feeder for food processing machinery and equipment,a parametric design and analysis method of cam profile with visual interface based on visual basic(VB)and working model(WM)was proposed innovatively.Based on the analysis of the working path of the actuator of the automatic transfer machine,the equation of the constant velocity motion is optimized and the software engineering of the visual interface of cam profile is designed.Through the visual interface software engineering real-time debugging of the initial parameters of the cam,combined with the simulation analysis results of the follower motion characteristics,the rationality of the cam profile is verified,and the optimal design of the cam mechanism is modified.The whole design and analysis process time is about 20 s.The software engineering function is perfect and the promotion degree is high.It provides a reference for the research and development of automation equipment,which has great practical significance and economic benefits.
