产镇融合导向下小城镇特色识别体系及营造策略研究——基于江苏省兴化市的实证

摘　　要：面对当前小城镇"特色不显、千镇一面"的困境,亟待科学识别小城镇特色要素、探索特色营造策略。文章通过对我国小城镇特色发展历程的梳理,基于"产、城、人、文"的产镇融合理念辨析了小城镇特色新内涵,并从"产业发展、城镇风貌、人居环境、文化资源"多维度构建了小城镇特色识别体系。以江苏省兴化市小城镇为典型案例展开实证研究,采用综合评价模型和聚类分析方法,精准识别小城镇特色要素,进一步提出小城镇特色分类营造策略,以期为我国小城镇特色识别和特色营造提供有效的理论支撑和实践指导。In the face of the dilemma of small towns, it is urgent to scientifically identify the characteristic elements of small towns and explore the strategy of characteristic construction. Based on the concept of ’industry,city, people and culture’, this paper analyzes the new connotation of the characteristics of small towns, and constructs the characteristics identification system of small towns from the multi-dimensions of ’industry development, town style, living environment and cultural resources’. Taking Xinghua City in Jiangsu Province as a typical case, the paper adopts comprehensive evaluation model and cluster analysis method to accurately identify the characteristic elements of small towns, and further puts forward the construction strategy of characteristic classification of small towns.In order to provide effective theoretical support and practical guidance for the identification and construction of characteristics of small towns in China.
