摘　　要：相较种植业,水产养殖业具有弱质性。作为规避风险的有效手段,水产养殖保险可以维护水产养殖户的经济利益,帮助水产养殖户灾后恢复再生产,从而保障水产养殖业健康可持续发展。本研究以丹东市水产养殖保险需求预测及影响因素为研究对象,通过构建二元Logistic回归模型,最终预测水产养殖户所饲养的品种价值、水产养殖户遇灾受损失程度与水产养殖户对于水产养殖保险的认可程度是水产养殖保险需求的影响因素,而水产养殖户的个体特征未对水产养殖保险需求产生显著影响。因此,丹东市政府部门应该出台法规细则,加快水产养殖保险法制化进程、借助财税政策等经济手段缓解水产养殖户的压力,扩大群众基础,为水产养殖保险提供政策方面保障;水产养殖户通过大众传媒等知识共享渠道,获取水产养殖保险方面知识,广大养殖户树立正确的水产养殖保险意识;保险公司立足市场需求创新险种,提高员工素质以保证水产养殖保险业务服务质量,从而吸引客户。Compared with the planting industry,the aquaculture industry is weak.As an effective means to avoid risks,aquaculture insur⁃ance can safeguard the economic interests of aquaculture farmers and help them resume production after a disaster,thereby ensuring the healthy and sustainable development of the aquaculture industry.This study takes Dandong City's aquaculture insurance demand forecast and influencing factors as the research object,and builds a binary logistic regression model to finally predict the value of the species raised by aquaculture households,the extent of damage suffered by aquaculture households,and the aquaculture household's contribution to aquatic products.The degree of recognition of aquaculture insurance is an influencing factor for the demand for aquaculture insurance,and the individual characteristics of aquaculture households do not have a significant impact on the demand for aquaculture insurance.It is proposed that government departments issue regulations and rules to accelerate the legalization of aquaculture insurance,use financial and taxation policies and other economic means to ease the pressure on aquaculture farmers,expand the mass base,and provide policy guarantees for aquaculture insurance;aquaculture farmers obtain knowledge about aquaculture insurance through the mass media and oth⁃er knowledge sharing channels,and establish correct insurance awareness;insurance companies based on market demand,innovate insur⁃ance types,and improve employee quality To ensure the service quality of aquaculture insurance business to attract customers and other countermeasures.
