摘 要:通过研究SAE1006热轧带钢的翘皮缺陷,以提高热轧产品的表面质量。利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪、EBSD和X射线衍射仪对缺陷处进行分析。结果表明,该热轧翘皮缺陷是由于连铸坯存在夹杂物所导致的,夹杂物起源于连铸阶段的结晶器卷渣。粗轧阶段的可逆轧制使翘皮发生翻折,降低了周围基体的有效应变量,从而进入部分再结晶区并产生了混晶现象。混晶区域的小角晶界数值高达0.074,是芯部正常部位的8倍;混晶区域的[001]晶向明显偏多,而芯部晶粒以[101]晶向为主。缺陷处的轧制摩擦力较大,容易产生剪切织构,因而Goss织构强度大于正常处,轧制时更易开裂。The sliver defects of SAE1006 hot-rolled strip were studied to improve the surface quality of hot-rolled products. The defects were analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, energy spectrometer, EBSD and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the sliver defects of hot-rolled strip are mainly induced by slag inclusions in continuous casting slabs, which is deriving from the mould slag entrainment in continuous casting process. The reversible rolling of rough rolling stage causes the sliver defects to be folded and reduces the effective strain of surrounding matrix, which leads to the partial recrystallization and mixed crystal. The value of low-angle grain boundaries in mixed-crystal region is as high as 0.074, which is 8 times that of normal part in strip center. The [001] crystal direction appears more frequently in mixed-crystal region, while the crystal direction in the center is mainly [101]. The sliding friction at defected part is large, which tends to produce more shear texture, leading the strength of Goss texture greater than that of normal part, and easy to crack during rolling.
