摘 要:为了得到综合性能合格的特厚钢板产品,对特厚钢板轧制工艺进行优化,通过轧机扭矩测试、钢板显微组织与力学性能分析,研究轧制道次压下率、轧制速度和开轧温度对轧机轧制过程扭矩及钢板力学性能的影响。结果表明,提高开轧温度、降低粗轧道次的轧制速度,可有效控制钢板的变形抗力、降低轧机负荷、增加钢板芯部的变形量,使得试验钢板的各项力学性能显著提高、厚度方向的抗拉与冲击性能均得到明显改善。To obtain extra-heavy steel plate with qualified comprehensive properties, the rolling process of extra-heavy steel plate was optimized. Effects of rolling pass reduction, rolling speed and start rolling temperature on rolling torque and mechanical properties of the plate were studied by torque test, microstructure and mechanical properties analysis of the plate. The results show that increasing start rolling temperature and reducing rolling speed of rough rolling pass can effectively control deformation resistance of the steel plate, reduce rolling load, and increase central deformation in the plate. The mechanical properties of the steel plate are obviously increased, and the tensile and impact properties in the thickness direction are significantly improved.
