硅钢成品剪切线碎边剪国产化研究

摘　　要：以硅钢成品剪切线双滚筒式碎边剪为研究对象,对国产化碎边剪的刀盘结构及其装配工艺进行分析和研究,并制定了合理的碎边剪结构及装配方案,最后该碎边剪成功应用在某大型钢企硅钢成品剪切生产线上。Taking the double drum edge breaking shear of silicon steel finished product shear line as the research object,the cutter head structure and assembly process of domestic edge breaking shear are analyzed and studied,and a reasonable edge breaking shear structure and assembly scheme are formulated.Finally,the edge chopper is successfully applied in a large steel enterprise’s silicon steel finished product shearing line.
