摘  要:轧机机架如何优化设计是设计轧机经常要面对的问题。需要考虑机架的横梁及立柱形状怎样设计才能受力大且重量轻。通过对机架窗口尺寸及立柱截面等参数分析计算,得到最优的横梁立柱尺寸,优化轧机机架。结合实际工程实例计算分析,得到最优的立柱截面宽厚比及横梁尺寸,为后续轧机机架设计起到参考作用。How to optimize the design of rolling mill stand is a common problem in the design of rolling mill.How to design the crossbeam and column shape of the frame is a problem.The best design can make the mill bear large force and light weight.Through the analysis and calculation of the frame window size and column section and other parameters,the optimal beam column size is found,and the mill frame is optimized.Combined with the calculation and analysis of practical engineering,the optimal width thickness ratio of column section and the beam size are found.It can be used as a reference for the subsequent design of mill stand.
