摘　　要：结合某钢厂4500m^(3)高炉大修工程项目,通过对该项目中炉前液压开铁口机的研制,从液压开铁口机设备的布置、选型、技术参数确定、总方案设计及各部件设计进行完整阐述,研制出一种六杆回转式大型液压开铁口机,满足用户现场使用。并为今后炉前液压开铁口机的研制和改造提供可靠的参考模型,具有一定的推广应用价值。Combined with the overhaul project of a 4500 m^(3) blast furnace in a steel plant,through the development of the hydraulic taphole drill of casthouse in the project,this paper completely expounds the equipment layout,type selection,technical parameters determination,general scheme design and component design of the hydraulic taphole machine,and develops a six rod rotary large hydraulic taphole drill to meet the user’s field use.It also provides a reliable reference model for the development and transformation of hydraulic taphole drill in the future,which has a certain popularization and application value.
