摘 要:熔硫工艺作为锌氧压浸出渣处理的重要一环,其熔硫池内的温度控制是生产硫磺的关键技术。而换热器换热效果则是保证熔池温度核心部件,在实际生产中存在换热效果差、易被腐蚀等问题,从而影响硫磺生产。为此本文结合丹霞冶炼厂现场生产,针对熔硫换热器池中换热器进行优化,通过缩小管径、改换更耐腐蚀的2205双相不锈钢材质等方式,实现高效换热,延长使用寿命,智能化监控换热器的目的。而优化改进后的换热器在锌氧压浸出熔硫生产中,起到了平稳控温,稳定运行,节能高效的作用。Sulfur melting process is an important part of zinc oxygen pressure leaching residue treatment,and the temperature control in the sulfur melting pool is the key technology of sulfur production.The heat exchange effect of heat exchanger is the core part to ensure the temperature of molten pool.There are some problems in actual production,such as poor heat exchange effect and easy to be corroded,which affect the sulfur production.In this paper,combined with the field production of Danxia smelter,the heat exchanger in the molten sulfur heat exchanger pool is optimized.By reducing the pipe diameter and changing the more corrosion-resistant 2205 duplex stainless steel material,the purpose of high efficiency heat exchange,extending service life and intelligent monitoring of heat exchanger is realized.The optimized heat exchanger plays the role of stable temperature control,stable operation,energy saving and high efficiency in the production of zinc oxygen pressure leaching molten sulfur.
