摘　　要：文章论述了对原有的蓄热式钢包烘烤器进行燃气射流型烘烤器改造优化的实践,对比改造前后的烘烤效果得出,燃气射流型烘烤器的燃烧效率有效提高,火焰燃烧冲击力强,可直达钢包包底,既能有效的提高钢包烘烤温度,还达到了节约煤气的目的。The article discusses the practice of reforming and optimizing the original regenerative ladle roaster with gas jet.Comparing the baking effects before and after the transformation,it is concluded that the combustion efficiency of gas jet roaster is effectively improved,the flame combustion impact is strong,and it can reach the ladle bottom,which can not only effectively improve the ladle baking temperature,but also achieve the purpose of saving gas.
