摘　　要：针对焦炉煤气中的有害成分,采用电捕焦、干法脱硫及PSA变压吸附技术,将焦炉煤气中的焦油、H2S、苯、萘等杂质去除,降低焦炉煤气中有害成分含量,以满足中板厂常化热处理炉的正常工况使用要求,为企业创造了经济效益。Aiming at the harmful components in coke-oven gas,the tar,H2 S,benzene,naphthalene and other impurities in coke-oven gas are removed by using electrical tar precipitator,dry desulfurization and PSA technology.The harmful components of coke-oven gas are reduced in order to meet the normal operation requirements of the heat treatment furnace in medium plate plant.The application of technology has created economic benefits for enterprises.
