摘 要:本文总结了1750m^(3)高炉连续生产多年后炉体设备烧损情况,发现钒钛矿高炉炉缸、炉底耐火材料几乎没有被侵蚀,炉缸侧壁还有轻微结厚现象,炉身上部至炉喉钢砖区域内冷却壁损坏较轻,但在炉腰、炉腹部位冷却壁烧损率已近80%。针对钒钛矿冶炼特点从热力学角度分析了保护炉缸的物质为钒钛矿中钛元素还原后形成的化合物,同时指出为防止过量的钛元素被还原形成高熔点钛化物而造成炉缸堆积,应控制反应温度。理论计算:在炉内环境下,钛元素被还原时临界温度为1487℃,实际生产平均温度为1450℃,两者差别较小,该高炉炉型设计合理、适应钒钛矿冶炼操作,顺行状况整体良好,但热负荷最大的部分仍在炉腰、炉腹,与钒钛矿石的冶金性能有关,为薄弱环节,这部分的冷却能力有待继续提升。This paper summarizes the cooling device and refractory brick damaged condition of 1750 m^(3) blast furnace(BF)which run for more than 8 years.The stave and refractory brick in hearth keep original appearance,staves between furnace throat and upper part is not damaged seriously,but staves in the area between furnace waist and bosh are severely damaged which spoilage is nearly 80%.According to thermodynamics,it points out that the major influence factor of Ti reduction is temperature.The reason why stave and refractory brick in hearth keep good condition is the particle TiC forming as the temperature decline.So the temperature should be controled in order to prevent excessive Ti be reducted.The recommend temperature value is 1487℃according to calculate mode.This BF profile design is reasonable and can meet the need of high yield demand but weak part still locates in furnace bosh.There are something to do with V-Ti iron ore metallurgical performance which need enhance cooling capacity.
