摘　　要：齿轮减速机是一种精密度较高的传动设备,其运行状态的稳定性对于设备系统整体性能具有重要影响,基于此,本文重点对齿轮减速机典型故障进行分析,分析减速机齿轮的失效模式与故障机理,探究减速机齿轮典型的故障特征,并结合生产实践经验提出了维修保养及日常维护的相关措施。Gear reducer is a kind of transmission equipment with high precision.The stability of its operation state has an important influence on the overall performance of the equipment system.Based on this,this article focuses on the analysis of typical failures of gear reduction,analyzes the failure mode and failure mechanism of the reducer gear.The typical failure characteristics of the gears of the reducer are explored,and the corresponding maintenance strategies are proposed based on the practical experience of production.
