摘　　要：针对在碎软煤层中进行顺层钻孔存在钻孔深度浅、钻进难度大、成孔率低等问题,在淮南谢桥煤矿 21316 工作面运输巷,使用 ZYWL-4000SY 自动钻机在碎软煤层中进行顺层钻孔试验。根据试验情况,对顺层钻孔工艺进行了改进。试验表明,ZYWL-4000SY 自动钻机各系统运行稳定,防卡钻效果显著,适用于碎软煤层中的顺层钻孔,可为煤矿在减人和提高自动化方面提供借鉴和参考。In view of the issues such as shallow drilling depth,difficult drilling and low hole formation ratio during bedding drilling on broken soft coal seam,ZYWL-4000SY automatic drilling rig was applied to carry out bedding drilling test on broken soft coal seam in conveyance laneway 21316 of Huainan Xieqiao Colliery.Based on the test situation,the bedding drilling process was improved.The test showed each system of ZYWL-4000SY automatic drilling rig operated stably with remarkable anti-jamming effects.The ZYWL-4000SY automatic drilling rig was suitable for the bedding drilling on broken soft coal seam,which could offer reference for staff reduction and automation improvement.
