摘 要:采用J-133环氧胶粘接碳纤维复合材料天线的加强筋与反射面时,固化成型后会在表面出现印出现象,为进一步研究J-133胶的性能对印出问题的影响,本文对J-133胶不同固化方式的固化度、不同温度的热膨胀系数、物理老化收缩以及弹性模量等性能进行了测试研究,结果表明:不同的固化方式固化的J-133胶均存在固化不完全和物理老化的影响因素;固化收缩和物理老化均会对热膨胀系数产生影响,但固化收缩远大于物理老化的影响;随着温度升高,弹性模量逐渐降低,且玻璃化转变温度(Tg)附近的弹性模量相比低温时要小两个数量级。The carbon fiber composite stiffener and the reflector surface bonded with J-133 epoxy adhesive will have print-through phenomenon on the surface during curing,in order to study the influence of J-133 adhesive on the print-through problem,the properties of curing degree of J-133 adhesive with different methods、the coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE)at different temperatures、physical aging shrinkage and elastic modulus were tested and studied,showed that the influence factors of incomplete curing and physical aging existed in different curing methods of J-133 adhesive;the curing shrinkage and physical aging has influence on the CTE,but the effect of curing shrinkage is much greater than that of physical aging;with the increase of temperature,the elastic modulus decreases gradually,and the elastic modulus near glass transition temperature(Tg)is two orders of magnitude smaller than that at low temperature.
