摘　　要：广东高州府瓷窑劝工厂又称高州府瓷业劝工厂,是在清末新政时期提倡实业、鼓励办厂、振兴经济的特定历史背景下,由广东高州府知府英麟创办的一座地方性官办瓷厂。该厂雇请广西、江西等地制瓷工匠教徒授艺,以当地出产的瓷土烧制瓷器。产品以仿烧景德镇瓷器为主。通过梳理史志、报刊、会展等文献史料可以概见该厂的创办经过和发展历程,部分存世瓷器实物亦可见其产品类型和艺术特点。Porcelain Kiln Advised Factory of Gaozhou Prefecture in Guangdong,was also known as Porcelain Industry Advised Factory of Gaozhou Prefecture.It was a local government-run porcelain factory founded by Yinglin,the prefect of Guangdong Gaozhou Prefecture,under the specific historical background of the New Policies in the late Qing dynasty,promoting industry,encouraging the establishment of factories,and revitalizing the economy.The factory employed porcelain craftsmen from Guangxi,Jiangxi and other areas to teach its workers the skills of firing porcelain with locally produced porcelain clay.The products were mainly imitations of Jingdezhen porcelain.The history of the founding and development of the factory can be summarized through historical records,newspapers,exhibitions and other documents and historical materials.Some existing porcelain objects can also show their product types and artistic characteristics.
