摘　　要：冠心通络胶囊是用于治疗冠心病的复方中药制剂,其作用机制可能与扩张冠状动脉、增加冠状动脉血流量、降低心肌耗氧量、降低全血黏度、血浆黏度与红细胞比容、改善患者血液黏稠度等因素有关。本文从病因病机、药理研究和临床研究等方面对冠心通络胶囊治疗冠心病的临床研究进展进行综述,为后续科学研究和临床应用提供参考。Guanxin Tongluo capsule is a compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation for the treatment of coronary heart disease.The underlying mechanism may be related to expanding coronary artery,increasing coronary artery blood flow,reducing myocardial oxygen consumption,and decreasing whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,and hematocrit.This paper reviews the clinical research progress of Guanxin Tongluo capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,pharmacological research,and clinical research,providing evidence for scientific research and clinical application of Guanxin Tongluo capsule.
