摘　　要：详细分析了隧道窑焙烧中遇到的焙烧带坯垛断面火行不一致、一边慢一边快、上火慢底火快、底火慢上火快、火行速度慢但是后火败火快、温度异常等诸多问题产生的原因,并结合实际情况指出了相对应的处理方法,这些方法是作者多年实际焙烧隧道窑宝贵经验的总结,实用性强。The article analyzes in detail the inconsistencies in the firing process in tunnel kiln and the reasons for the occurrence of many problems,the corresponding treatment methods are pointed out in combination with the actual situation.These methods are the summary of the author’s valuable experience in firing process in tunnel kiln for many years,and have strong practicability.
