犬细小+犬冠状+贾第鞭毛虫抗原三合一胶体金检测卡的制备与评价

摘　　要：为快速检测犬细小病毒(CPV)、犬冠状病毒(CCV)和贾第鞭毛虫(Giardia),研究利用胶体金免疫层析技术制备CPV+CCV+Giardia抗原三合一胶体金检测卡并评价其各项指标。结果显示,该三合一胶体金检测卡与CDV、CPV、CAV、CRV、CCV和Giardia(自身样本除外)无交叉反应;可检测浓度低至10.0 HAU/mL的CPV-Ag样本、2.0μg/L的CCV-Ag样本和3125 cysts/mL的Giardia-Ag样本;与RT-qPCR对比,CPV检测的符合率可达97.56%、CCV检测的符合率可达96.09%、Giardia检测的符合率可达95.68%;制备的三合一胶体金检测卡重复性和稳定性良好,效期2年。研究表明,该检测卡能够快速准确地检测CPV、CCV及Giardia,可为动物临床的诊断及治疗提供参考。In order to rapidly detect canine parvovirus(CPV),canine coronavirus(CCV)and Giardia,the research uses colloidal gold immunochromatography technology to prepare CPV+CCV+Giardia antigen three-in-one colloidal gold test card and evaluate its various indicators.The results showed that the three-in-one colloidal gold rapid test didn’t cross-react with CDV,CPV,CAV,CRV,CCV and Giardia(except its own sample).CPV positive samples with concentration as low as 10.0 HAU/mL,CCV positive samples with concentration as low as 2.0μg/L and Giardia positive samples with concentration as low as 3125 cysts/mL could be detected.Compared with RT-qPCR,the coincidence rate of CPV can reach 97.56%,the coincidence rate of CCV can reach 96.09%,and the coincidence rate of Giardia can reach 95.68%.It had good repeatability and stability,and the validity period was two years.The study indicates that the test card can quickly and accurately detect CPV,CCV and Giardia,which can provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment of animals.
