摘　　要：试验研究不同精粗比日粮对太行黑山羊生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响。试验选取体况健康、体重(20.23±1.36)kg的育肥太行黑山羊80只,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复5只羊。对照组黑山羊饲喂羊场自配饲料,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组黑山羊分别饲喂精粗比40∶60、50∶50和60∶40的全混合日粮。预试期10 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示,试验Ⅲ组黑山羊平均日采食量和平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅲ组黑山羊的胴体重、屠宰率和净肉率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅲ组羊肉红度值(a^(*))显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组羊肉失水率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲喂精粗比60∶40日粮的太行黑山羊生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质效果较好。The experiment studied the effect of different concentrate to forage ratio diets on growth performance,slaughter performance and meat quality of Taihang black goats. Eighty healthy Taihang black goats with the body weight of(15.23±1.36) kg were randomly divided into four groups, with four replicates in each group and five sheep in replicate.The sheep in control group were fed with self-prepared feed, and the sheep in test group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were fed with total mixed diet with concentrate to forage ratio of 40∶60, 50∶50 and 60∶40, respectively. The pre-trial period lasted for 10 d, and the trial period lasted for 60 d. The results showed that the average daily feed intake of test group Ⅲwas significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The average daily gain of test group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The feed to gain ratio test group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the carcass weight, slaughter percentage and net meat percentage in test group Ⅲ were increased, respectively(P<0.05). The redness value(a^(*)) of test group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The water loss rate in test group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that feeding Taihang black goats with concentrate to forage ratio of 60∶40 has the best growth performance, slaughter performance and meat quality.
