摘 要:试验旨在研究不同种类乳酸菌对全株玉米青贮品质、瘤胃降解率及有氧稳定性的影响,筛选适合全株玉米青贮发酵的最佳乳酸菌添加剂。以蜡熟期收割的全株玉米为材料,分别调制5种乳酸菌添加剂青贮和无添加青贮(对照组),发酵60 d以后取样,测定其发酵品质、营养成分、瘤胃降解率及有氧稳定性。结果表明:发酵60 d后,对照组和各处理组青贮的pH值均降至3.59以下,但乳酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);处理Ⅰ组、处理Ⅱ组和处理Ⅴ组全株玉米青贮的干物质含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);各处理组全株玉米青贮的中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);处理Ⅰ组、处理Ⅱ组、处理Ⅳ组、处理Ⅴ组全株玉米青贮的体外干物质降解率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);各处理组全株玉米青贮的有氧稳定时长分别为100、94、94、88、92 h,比对照组(82 h)延长了有氧稳定期。研究表明,乳酸菌添加剂均可改善全株玉米青贮的乳酸含量,提高瘤胃干物质降解率和有氧稳定性,综合评价处理Ⅰ组效果最佳。The objective of the study was evaluate the effect of different commercial lactic acid bacteria on the fermentation quality, rumen degradation rate and aerobic stability of whole corn silage. The whole corn harvested at waxy ripening stage and used as material to make a corn silage with and without lactic acid bacteria. 60 days after fermentation,the silage was opened and sampled to determine the fermentation quality, nutrient composition, rumen degradation rate and aerobic stability. The results showed that 60 days after fermentation, the pH value of silage in control group and all treatment groups was decreased to below 3.59. However, the lactic acid content of treatment groups was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). The dry matter content of silage treated with treatment Ⅳ, treatment Ⅱ and treatmentⅤ was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). The contents of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in all treatment groups were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). In vitro dry matter degradation rate of silage treated with treatment Ⅳ, treatment Ⅱ, treatment Ⅳ and treatment Ⅴ was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The aerobic stabilization time of treatment groups were 100, 94, 94, 88 and 92 h, respectively, and aerobic stabilization time in all of treatment were longer than the control group(82 h). The study indicates that the supplementation of commercial bacterial agent can improve the lactic acid content, rumen dry matter degradation rate and oxygen stability of whole corn silage, and the best one supplementation in the study is treatmentⅠ.
