摘　　要：磷在鱼类生长、代谢、骨骼矿化过程中发挥重要作用。因水中磷的含量低且鱼类对水中的磷利用率很低,鱼类所需的磷大部分源于摄食的饵料。文章从鱼类饵料中磷的来源与形式、不同形式磷的利用率、适宜的钙磷比、磷需要量的评价指标以及海水鱼与淡水鱼对饵料中磷的需要量等方面进行综述,为研究鱼类对饵料中磷的需要量提供参考。Phosphorus plays an important role in growth and metabolism of fish and in the mineralization of bones.The phosphorus content in water is very low and the fish have a low utilization of phosphorus in water,most of the phosphorus required by fish originates from the dietary.The paper reviews the sources and forms of phosphorus for fish feeds,the utilization rates of different forms of phosphorus,the appropriate ratio of calcium to phosphorus,indicators for evaluating dietary phosphorus requirement,and dietary phosphorus requirement of marine fish and freshwater fish,to provide reference for studying dietary phosphorus requirement of fish.
