摘 要:目的分析2000-2020年脑卒中上肢功能的研究现状及趋势。方法以Web of Science中的SCI-E为文献来源,检索2000-2020年发表的有关脑卒中上肢功能研究的文献,利用CiteSpace软件分析纳入文献的作者、国家、机构、被引文献及关键词等。结果共纳入6147篇文献,2000-2020年该领域发文量呈逐年上升趋势;其中发文量最多的是Chingyi Wu、Kehchung Lin;发文量前3的机构是美国的西北大学、中国的台湾国立大学、长庚大学;发文量前3的国家是美国、英国、意大利;Wolf SL关于强制性运动疗法的研究获得最高的引用频次;在关键词共现分析中,频次排名前3的关键词分别是可靠性、强制性运动疗法及表现;本次聚类分析得到9个主题词;时区图显示研究热点关键词均集中在2000-2005年。结论2000-2020年脑卒中上肢功能康复的研究呈逐年上升趋势,近年来在本领域并未有突破性的进展,机器人辅助技术、强制性运动疗法、脑机接口及非侵入性脑刺激技术的深入研究依然是该领域未来一段时间的研究热点。Objective To analyze the research status and trend of upper limb function in stroke patients from 2000 to 2020.Methods Using SCI-E in Web of Science as the source of literature,the literatures on upper limb function of stroke published from 2000 to 2020 were retrieved.CiteSpace software was used to analyze the authors,countries,institutions,cited literatures and keywords of the included literatures.Results A total of 6147 articles were included,and the number of publications in this field increased year by year from 2000 to 2020.Chingyi Wu,Kehchung Lin were the authors who published the most articles;Northwestern University,Taiwan National University and Chang Gung University were among the top 3 institutions in the number of articles published;the top 3 countries were the United States,the United Kingdom and Italy,respectively.Wolf SL’s research on constraintinduced therapy was cited most frequently.In the keyword co-occurrence analysis,the key words of the top 3 frequency were reliability,constraintinduced therapy and performance respectively;the cluster analysis contains 9 subject words;the time zone chart shows that the research hot keywords were all concentrated from 2000 to 2005.Conclusion From 2000 to 2020,the research on upper limb functional rehabilitation of stroke has been increasing year by year,but there has been no breakthrough in this field in recent years.Robot-assisted technology,constraint-induced therapy,braincomputer interface and non-invasive brain stimulation will be still the research focus of the upper limb function in poststroke in the future.
