摘  要:为研究氯盐-荷载耦合作用下聚丙烯纤维混凝土梁的受弯性能,通过试验室模拟此类结构工作状态,对不同应力水平(0.3、0.5、0.7)与氯盐侵蚀(35、70、105 d)耦合作用下的钢筋纤维混凝土梁进行静载试验,分析各变化参数对试验梁抗弯性能的影响及其破坏机理。结果表明:聚丙烯纤维的掺入可提高梁的受弯承载力;高应力水平(0.7)对试验梁的抗弯性能影响较大;经耦合作用后的试验梁的极限承载力随应力水平的增大提高了1.9%、3.2%、2.6%。随着浸泡天数增加,承载力分别提高了4.5%、3.2%、3.8%,但增幅减小且在5%以内。根据试验结果,引入环境效应系数,建立氯盐-荷载耦合下纤维混凝土梁受弯承载力计算方法,将试验梁的计算值与试验值进行比较,吻合较好。可为今后聚丙烯纤维混凝土梁理论分析和设计提供参考。In order to study the flexural behavior of polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete beams under chloride-load corrosion environment,the working state of such structure is simulated in laboratory and the static load tests of PFRC beams under different stress levels(0.3,0.5,0.7)and chloride erosion(35 d,70 d,105 d)were carried out.The influence of various parameters on the flexural performance of the test beam and its failure mechanism are analyzed.The results show that the flexural capacity of the beam can be improved by adding polypropylene fiber.The high stress level(0.7)has a great influence on the flexural performance of the test beam.With the increase of stress level,the ultimate bearing capacity of the test beams after coupling action increased by 1.9%,3.2% and 2.6% respectively.With the increase of soaking days,the bearing capacity increased by 4.5%,3.2% and 3.8% respectively,but the increase was less than 5%.According to the test results,the environmental effect coefficient is introduced to establish the calculation method of flexural bearing capacity of fiber reinforced concrete beams under the coupling of chloride and load,the calculated value of test beams are in good agreement with the experimental value.It can provide reference for theoretical analysis and design of polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete beams in the future.
