摘 要:通过混凝土立方体抗压强度和劈拉强度试验,系统研究了基体强度等级(C25~C80)、钢纤维掺量(20~110 kg/m^(3))、钢纤维外形(3D单端钩型与4D、5D多端钩型)、钢纤维长径比(65~100)以及钢纤维长度(35~60 mm)对混凝土拉压比的影响。结果表明,混凝土基体强度越大,脆性特征就越明显,但加入钢纤维可以提高混凝土的拉压比,改善脆性破坏特征;混凝土的拉压比随着钢纤维掺量、长径比的提高而增大,其中钢纤维掺量的提高最为显著;而钢纤维长度的变化对拉压比的影响较小;4D及5D多端钩型钢纤维可以更好地与基体锚固,在提高混凝土拉压比方面优于3D型单端钩型钢纤维。Compression and splitting tensile tests were conducted on the concrete cubic specimens.The effects of concrete strength grade(C25~C80),steel fiber content(20~110 kg/m^(3)),fiber shape(3D with single hooked-end,4D and 5D with multiple hooked-ends),fiber aspect ratio(65~100)and fiber length(35~60 mm)on the concrete tension-compression ratio were investigated.The results showed that the concrete brittleness is more prominent with the higher concrete strength.While the brittleness can be improved by introducing steel fibers into concrete,which is presented by the increased concrete tension-compression ratio.The concrete tension-compression ratio increases with the increasing fiber content and fiber aspect ratio,especially for the effect of fiber content.The varying fiber length has little effect on the concrete tension-compression ratio.Compared to 3D fibers with single hook-end,4D and 5D fibers with multiple hooked-ends have better anchorage with concrete and provide more contributions in the improvement of concrete tension-compression ratio.
