摘 要:为研究橡胶混凝土受压裂纹扩展过程和破坏机理,配制了水灰比为0.35、0.40、0.45,橡胶掺量为0、10%、20%、30%的橡胶混凝土,进行立方体抗压强度试验。将橡胶混凝土看作由砂浆、粗骨料、橡胶颗粒、砂浆-粗骨料界面和砂浆-橡胶颗粒界面组成的多相复合材料,建立细观数值模型,模拟不同橡胶掺量和不同水灰比的橡胶混凝土立方体抗压强度,模拟结果与试验结果符合较好,验证了细观模型的正确性。对橡胶混凝土立方体受压破坏进行细观仿真研究,结果表明:砂浆与橡胶颗粒的界面区域对橡胶混凝土立方体抗压强度和破坏过程影响较大;随着水灰比增大,砂浆与橡胶混凝土颗粒界面区域对橡胶混凝土立方体抗压强度的影响变小。In order to study the crack growth process and failure mechanism of rubber concrete under compression condition,rubber concrete with water cement ratio of respectively 0.35,0.40 and 0.45 and rubber mixing amount of respectively 0,10%,20% and 30% is prepared for cube compressive strength test.Then the rubber concrete is seen as multiphase composite material composed of mortar,coarse aggregate,rubber particles,mortar-coarse aggregate interface and mortar-rubber particle interface to build a meso-numerical model and simulate the cube compressive strength of rubber concrete with different rubber mixing amount and water cement ratio.The simulated results are in good agreement with the experimental results,which verifies the correctness of the meso-model.Furthermore,the results show that the interface area between mortar and rubber particles greatly affects the cube compressive strength and failure process of the rubber concrete.With the increase of the water cement ratio,the impact of the above interface area on the cube compressive strength of the rubber concrete decreases.
