摘  要:选取采用分选工艺收集的平均粒径分别为8.289μm(UFA1)和3.677μm(UFA2)的2种超细粉煤灰,平均粒径为8.559μm的超细矿粉(US),研究UFA1、UFA2、US单掺和复掺对高强混凝土坍落度、扩展度、V型漏斗时间、T50、倒坍筒时间和7、28 d抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明:UFA1、UFA2、US单掺和复掺均能有效提高混凝土坍落度和扩展度、降低塑性黏度。UFA2、US单掺与UFA1、UFA2、US复掺在一定掺量范围内均能有效提高混凝土7、28 d抗压强度,UFA1单掺掺量越高,混凝土7、28 d抗压强度越低。UFA1、UFA2、US复掺混凝土拌合物塑性黏度明显低于单掺,复掺较单掺对混凝土7 d抗压强度无明显改善作用,但复掺可显著提高混凝土28 d抗压强度。Two kinds of ultra-fine fly ash with average particle diameter of 8.289μm(UFA1)and 3.677μm(UFA2)are collected by sorting process,one kind of ultra-fine slag(US)with average particle diameter of 8.559μm.They are selected respectively to study the effects with UFA1,UFA2,US single-mixed and compound-mixed on the slump,slump-flow,V-funnel time,T50,inverted slump cone flow time,and compressive strength at 7 d and 28 d of high-strength concrete.The results showed that UFA1,UFA2,US single-mixed and compound-mixed can effectively increase the slump and slump-flow,decrease the plastic viscosity of concrete.UFA2,US single-mixed and UFA1,UFA2,US compound-mixed can effectively increase the compressive strength at 7 d and 28 d of concrete within a certain dosage range.With the dosage increase of UFA1 single-mixed,the compressive strength at 7 d and 28 d of concrete decreases gradually.UFA1,UFA2,US compound-mixed compare with single-mixed,the plastic viscosity of concrete mixture with compound-mixed is significantly lower than single-mixed,compound-mixed can′t significantly improve the 7 d compressive strength,but it can significantly increase the 28 d compressive strength of concrete.
