摘  要:对混掺聚乙烯醇纤维(PVA)与12 mm两端直勾型精细钢纤维的水泥基复合材料进行立方体抗压和哑铃试件轴向拉伸试验,分析纤维掺量对混掺纤维水泥基复合材料抗压、抗拉强度和韧性的影响规律。结果表明:混掺精细钢纤维可以提高水泥基复合材料的立方体抗压强度、抗拉强度和韧性;随着精细钢纤维的增加,其抗压强度、抗拉强度和极限拉应变呈先增大后降低的趋势,当精细钢纤维掺量为1.2%时,28 d立方体抗压强度平均值比单掺PVA纤维提高了61.9%;当精细钢纤维掺量为0.8%时,28 d抗拉强度和极限拉应变分别比单掺PVA纤维提高了56.9%和240%。The cube compressive strength and dumbbell specimen axial tensile experiments are conducted for the cement-based composite material blending polyvinyl alcohol fiber(PVA)and straight hook fine steel fiber with length of 12 mm to investigate the effect of fiber blending content on the mechanic performance of the composite material including compressive strength,tensile strength and toughness.Results indicate that blending fine steel fiber into the cement-based composite material improves the cubic compressive strength,tensile strength and toughness of specimens.The compressive strength,tensile strength and ultimate tensile strain increase first and then decrease,with the increase of fine steel fiber.The average 28 d cubic compressive strength of the specimen with PVA fiber only is improved by 61.9%via 1.2% addition fine steel fiber.The average 28 d tensile strength and ultimate tensile strain of the specimens with PVA and 0.8% fine steel fiber are respectively 56.9% and 240% higher than the specimens with PVA only.
