摘 要:对比分析了2种含碳量粉煤灰(FA)的细度、粒径分布、微观形貌等特征,通过净浆流动度和维卡仪试验分析了其对水泥净浆流动性的影响,并考察了其水泥浆体的早期抗压强度和活性指数。结果显示,高碳FA显著降低浆体流动度的原因,除了因为其中碳对浆体中自由水的吸附外,还因为其非球状颗粒含量较多;净浆流动度指标对流动性的反映比维卡仪测试结果更敏感;FA早期活性主要与其细度有关,与其烧失量变化关联不大。Two kinds of fly ash(FA)with different carbon content were contrastive analyzed.The fineness,the particle size distribution and the microstructure of FA were tested to explain the effect of FA on the flowability,which was tested by paste and Vicat.As while as the early age compressive strength of FA-cement paste was tested and the activity index of FA was calculated.The results showed that high carbon FA significantly reduce the fluidity of cement paste,comparing with the low carbon FA.Because not only the carbon would absorb the free water in the slurry,but also FA content more non spherical particles.The fluidity index of the net pulp is more obvious than the test result of vicar instrument.The early activity of FA is mainly related to its fineness,but not to the ignition loss.
