摘  要:为提高压型钢板混凝土组合板的节能环保性,将水泥混凝土层替换为基于β型半水石膏的石膏混凝土层。首先得到了石膏基混凝土层的推荐配合比及相应的物理力学性能,然后将其与压型钢板协同起来得到新型的组合板式构件。为确定压型钢板石膏基混凝土组合板的正截面抗弯承载力、得到抗弯纵筋的配制依据,从理论上提出了基于平衡原理的分析方法,并结合实例进行了试验研究。理论分析与试验研究都验证了新型组合板的可行性以及正截面抗弯承载力计算方法的合理性。In order to improve the energy-saving and environmental protection performance of the profiled steel sheet-concrete composite slab,the cement-based concrete layer was replaced with gypsum concrete layer based onβ-type hemihydrate gypsum.Firstly,the recommended mix ratio of the gypsum-based concrete layer and the corresponding physical/mechanical properties were obtained.Subsequently,the gypsum-based concrete layer and the profiled steel plate were combined to obtain a new type of composite slab component.In order to determine the normal section flexural bearing capacity of the profiled steel sheet gypsum-based concrete composite slabs and determine the configuration of flexural longitudinal reinforcement bars,a theoretical analysis method based on the principle of balance was proposed,and experimental research was carried out in combination with an example.Theoretical analysis and experimental study have verified the feasibility of new composite slab and the rationality of calculation method of normal section flexural bearing capacity.
