干旱气候条件下不同养护模式对混凝土配合比的影响与优化设计

摘  要:基于干旱气候不同养护模式,对混凝土配合比的影响与优化设计进行了研究。结果表明,对比超高性能混凝土(UHPC)强度增幅表明,在热水养护温度为65、95℃时,最佳养护时长分别为4、3 d。对于UHPC试件强度提高来说,95℃热水养护3 d的效果要优于65℃热水养护4 d。UHPC的抗折强度、抗压强度随干热养护时长的增长先增加后降低。提高热水养护温度能很大程度的改善UHPC的高温爆裂性能,95℃热水养护UHPC试件高温爆裂性能改善最佳。热水养护时长越长,UHPC抗爆裂性能越差,热水养护时长为4 d时UHPC抗爆裂性能最差;干热养护时长为3 d时抗爆裂性能最差。影响UHPC抗压强度、抗折强度、高温爆裂性能的最佳的组合养护方式为:95℃热水养护3 d后,再干热养护4 d。Based on different maintenance modes in arid climate,the influence of concrete mix ratio and its optimization design are studied.The results show that the optimum curing time of UHPC is 4 days and 3 days respectively when the hot water curing temperature is 65℃and 95℃.For the strength improvement of UHPC specimens,the effect of hot water curing at 95℃for 3 days is better than that of hot water curing at 65℃for 4 days.The flexural strength and compressive strength of UHPC increased first and then decreased with the increase of curing time.Increasing the hot water curing temperature can greatly improve the high-temperature bursting performance of UHPC.The high-temperature bursting performance of UHPC specimens is the best when cured in hot water at 95℃.The longer the hot water curing time is,the worse the anti-explosion performance of UHPC is.When the hot water curing time is 4 days,the anti-explosion performance of UHPC is the worst.When the dry heat curing time is 3 days,the anti-explosion performance of UHPC is the worst.The optimum combined maintenance mode which affects the compressive strength,flexural strength and high temperature bursting performance of UHPC is hot water curing at 95℃for 3 days,then dry and hot curing for 4 days.
