摘  要:中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司(海南炼化)催化裂化装置因渣油加氢装置(RDS)换催化剂导致原料油硫含量升高,为避免烟气SO_(2)和外排水COD超标,进行了增强型RFS硫转移剂的工业应用试验。结果表明,当硫转移剂加注量占催化剂系统藏量的4%时,脱硫塔入口烟气SO_(2)脱除率达65.6%,碱液消耗量减少53.4%,外排废水COD基本保持稳定且略有降低,未出现超标现象,烟羽蓝烟拖尾现象明显改善,硫转移剂的应用对裂化产物质量和装置运行无负面影响,并具有可观的经济效益。The sulfur content of feedstock in the FCC unit of Sinopec Hainan Refinery & Chemical Ltd.(Hainan Refinery & Chemical Ltd.) was increased due to the catalyst change in the residue hydrotreating unit (RDS).To avoid excessive SO_(2) in flue gas and COD in external drainage,the industrial application test of enhanced RFS sulfur transfer additive was carried out.The results show that when the amount of sulfur transfer additive is 4% of the total catalyst amount,the removal rate of SO_(2) at the desulfurization tower entrance is 65.6%,the consumption of lye is reduced by 53.4%,and the COD of effluent keeps stable and decreases slightly without exceed?the?standard,furthermore,the tailing phenomenon of blue smoke plume is significantly improved.The application of sulfur transfer additive has no negative effect on the cracking products quality and the unit operation,and has considerable economic benefits.
