外耳道胆脂瘤36例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨外耳道胆脂瘤(external auditory canal cholesteatoma,EACC)患者发病特点及手术方式,提高临床对外耳道胆脂瘤的认识。方法回顾性分析2017年8月—2019年10月间,经病理确诊的36例外耳道胆脂瘤的患者资料。结果根据病变的范围和程度,采取不同的治疗方法,36例患者恢复良好,听力均提高。结论结合细致的临床检查及影像学检查可诊断外耳道胆脂瘤并分期,根据分期采用不同的术式,可获得很好的治疗效果。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and surgical options of external auditory canal cholesteatoma(EACC),and enhance awareness of the disease. Methods The clinical data of36 patients with EACC confirmed by a pathologist from August2017 to October2019 were retrospectively analyzed. Results According to the extent and severity of the disease,the36 patients received different treatments and all recovered well with hearing improved. Conclusion EACC can be diagnosed by careful clinical examination and imaging examination,and be cured by different surgical options according to its stages.
