摘　　要：光电传感器的红外和激光光轴一致性是保证激光测距性能的基础。但是机载环境的复杂性会对光轴一致性产生影响,进而导致激光测距性能下降。目前的光轴检测设备通常在实验室使用,设备体积和重量较大,光电传感器装机后无法使用。本文设计了一种便携式光轴检测设备,可以检测装机光电传感器的光轴一致性,具有体积小、重量轻、便于携带、测量精度高等特点。The consistency of infrared and laser axis of photoelectric sensor is the basis of laser ranging performance.However,the complexity of the airborne environment will affect the consistency of the optical axis,which will lead to the decrease of laser ranging performance.At present,the optical axis testing equipment is usually used in the laboratory,the volume and weight of the equipment is large.The equipment can’t be used after photoelectric sensor installed.The optical axis inspection equipment designed in this paper can detect the consistency of the optical axis of installed sensor.It has the characteristics of small volume,light weight,easy to carry and high measurement accuracy.
