摘　　要：农药残留与重金属污染给农产品质量安全带来了诸多问题,也影响到了农业的可持续发展及生态环境。本文主要研究江苏化肥农药使用监测体系建设的现状,分析目前化肥农药使用监测工作中的薄弱环节。从追溯、监管、检测和执法信息化平台建设的角度进行分析,研究适合江苏的化肥农药使用智慧监测体系建设的路径。Pesticide residues and heavy metal pollution not only bring many problems to the quality and safety of agricultural products,but also affect the sustainable development of agriculture and ecological environment.This paper mainly studies the current situation of the construction of chemical fertilizer and pesticide use monitoring system in Jiangsu Province,and analyzes the weak links in the current chemical fertilizer and pesticide use monitoring work.From the perspective of traceability,supervision,detection and law enforcement information platform construction,this paper studies the path of the construction of intelligent monitoring system for the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in Jiangsu.
